FOREMAN (M/F/D)

Our company, EST Edelstahl-Schneidtechnik GmbH, is one of the leading stainless steel service centers on the European market. With a permanent stock of around 8,000 tons of stainless steel and nickel-based sheets, we are a reliable partner for our customers in the field of plasma, waterjet, laser, and saw cutting of stainless, acid- and heat-resistant steels as well as nickel-based alloys.

To strengthen our team at our Hattingen site, we are looking for a committed Foreman (m/f/d) at the earliest possible date.

YOUR TASKS:

  • Leading work groups and ensuring smooth production processes
  • Ensuring proper functioning and use of our systems
  • Performing maintenance and repair work on equipment
  • Continuous monitoring of production processes and initiating corrective actions when deviations occur
  • Conducting quality checks in accordance with established standards
  • Supporting, training, and motivating employees to achieve production targets

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Completed technical training, ideally with further qualification as a master craftsman or comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in production, ideally in a supervisory role
  • Leadership skills and the ability to guide and motivate teams effectively
  • Sound knowledge of production systems and their maintenance and servicing
  • Strong quality awareness and understanding of production processes
  • High level of personal responsibility, assertiveness, and organizational skills
  • Communication skills and willingness to actively support and train employees
  • Good German language skills, both written and spoken
