MACHINE OPERATOR (M/F/D)

Our company, EST Edelstahl-Schneidtechnik GmbH, is one of the leading stainless steel service centers on the European market. With a permanent stock of around 14,000 tons of stainless steel and nickel-based sheets, we are a reliable partner for our customers in the field of plasma, waterjet, laser, and saw cutting of stainless, acid- and heat-resistant steels as well as nickel-based alloys.

To strengthen our team at our Hattingen site, we are looking for a committed Machine Operator (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

YOUR TASKS:

  • Operation of our cutting systems (plasma, waterjet, laser, and saw)
  • Independent loading and unloading of cutting tables
  • Storing leftover sheets in our storage system in compliance with warehouse regulations
  • Performing quality checks to ensure compliance with our quality standards
  • Maintaining order and cleanliness in your work area
  • Supporting other production areas when required

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Completed technical training, ideally with experience in metal processing
  • Crane and forklift license desirable
  • Independent, structured, and conscientious way of working
  • Good German language skills, both spoken and written
  • Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
