COMMERCIAL EMPLOYEE IN SERVICE/SHIPPING (M/F/D)

Our company, EST Edelstahl-Schneidtechnik GmbH, is one of the leading stainless steel service centers on the European market. With a permanent stock of around 8,000 tons of stainless steel and nickel-based sheets, we are a reliable partner for our customers in the field of plasma, waterjet, laser, and saw cutting of stainless, acid- and heat-resistant steels as well as nickel-based alloys.

To strengthen our team at our Hattingen site, we are looking for a committed Commercial Employee in Service/Shipping (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

YOUR TASKS:

  • Checking delivery documents and invoices
  • Monitoring delivery dates
  • Procuring materials, including consumables and spare parts
  • Posting goods receipts
  • Coordinating external service providers
  • Maintaining our QM system
  • Performing general office tasks such as master data maintenance and filing to ensure efficient office organization

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Completed commercial training
  • Strong service and solution orientation as well as high cost awareness
  • Independent, structured, and precise way of working
  • Friendly, confident manner and strong communication skills
  • Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
